This policy explains what personal data TaskFlow collects when you use TaskFlow, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your content to advertise to you.

Who can see your data

Members of a workspace can see the content in that workspace, except private projects they aren’t a member of. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law.

Email preferences

You can turn off notification and digest emails in Account settings. Account-related emails (like password resets) are always sent.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile and any workspace you own alone. Deleting a workspace removes all its projects, tasks and files. Server backups may keep copies for a limited time before they are overwritten.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at no-reply@techiofix.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls between workspaces, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

We will post changes here and notify you of significant ones by email or in the app.
